| Betty Medeiros has worked in customer service for over 31 years, starting in May 1978 at Bender Warehouse, followed by Owen Distribution / Ozbourn-Hessey. She joined PanaVise Products in 2006 and will wrap up her customer service career on Friday, October 16th. Betty has been with PanaVise for the last 3 years in Customer Service where she excelled in customer relations. Betty is a true professional and has great communication skills
Over the years, Betty has also shown off her home cooking and baking skills by bringing in many tasty treats to the office. Employees at PanaVise have enjoyed her treats, although their waistlines are not as thankful.
After retiring Betty has no definite plans; however, she will enjoy working in her garden, spending time on her crafts and exhibiting at craft fairs. Betty has also collected cookie jars for the last twenty years and is working on a book to document them, including all the data about each specific cookie jar and detailed pictures. She has over 300 cookie jars that she hopes to include in the book, which, she envisions may take her a couple of years to complete. Betty also loves to crochet and makes beautiful things for friends and family.
Betty recalls it was a tough decision to retire but said, 'I am getting older now, and want to be able to enjoy these upcoming years while I am healthy and can do what I want to do without any limitations.' Betty is excited to start this new chapter in her life; however, leaves PanaVise and her friends with a heavy heart as she has enjoyed the relationships built while working at PanaVise for the last three years. PanaVise Products will definitely miss her professionalism in customer service, but mostly her great personality.

Dario Brebric of Bric Marketing specializes in security products in the territories of California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. Brebric has over 14 years experience in sales management and vertical market management with some of the industries largest manufacturers. Brebric is energized about this new opportunity and the Panavise line.

Both Ditchell & Fox hold close to thirty years experience in the consumer electronics industry and are both retailer and manufacturers representatives for many successful companies including Costco Wholesale, Buy.com, PC Mall, Nextar and more. Fox is eager to start working with this new line and its customers.

| Amado Puga started his journey with PanaVise Products on February 14, 1979 as a young enthusiastic factory worker. Through hard work and dedication over the last 30 years, Amado has advanced to his current position of Plant Forman-Supervisor of PanaVise. "It's been thirty years, but it feels like 3 years as the time has passed so quickly, and that is probably because I really like what I do," Amado recently stated.
Amado has been with PanaVise through many positive changes including new innovative product launches, a move to Reno from Southern California and then a move to the new corporate headquarters in South Reno in 1997. When PanaVise relocated to Reno, Amado embraced the opportunity to raise his five children in the Truckee Meadows, "It was an easy decision when deciding where we wanted to raise our children and with all of the positive benefits of working for PanaVise already, I never gave it a second thought."
Amado's favorite part about working at PanaVise is working with Owner and President, Gary Richter. Amado explains, "It's easy to work here for thirty years when you work for someone like Gary; he really cares about the employees and is very generous."
"Amado is right. It seems like just yesterday, when this bright eyed and ambitious teen aged kid came to PanaVise and asked me to hire him; not 30 years ago," explained PanaVise President, Gary Richter. "We've been through a lot together. Amado's knowledge of our products and their production, I sometimes think is better than mine. His loyalty and trust is second to none. I wish I had 30 Amado's working for PanaVise instead of just 1!"

| Today PanaVise launched a complete new website design. This design though not 100 percent complete, will provide more product information, is searchable and includes an online shopping system. Hopefully the later will allow our customers the ability to buy spare parts and accessories that have been hard to find and or purchase in the past. Future improvements will include videos of products in action and more instructional images of how various products function. | Panavise Products Announces New Director of Sales and Marketing
Reno, NV - December 1, 2008 - Panavise Products, Inc. the industry leader in work holding tools, CCTV camera mounts, audo/video mounts, and mobile electronics mounts, announces the appointment of Eric Richter to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. In his new position, Eric will oversee worldwide sales and marketing.
Previously, Eric was Director of Marketing for Delkin Devices, Inc. where he developed and managed the marketing strategy for its OEM and consumer products divisions. During his time at Delkin Devices, Eric held positions in New Product Development and Product Management.
"Eric brings expertise and a track record of success in sales and marketing," said Gary Richter, President and CEO. "His knowledge and experience in the consumer electronics industry make him an important addition to our team."
Eric is a graduate of San Diego State University with a BS in Business Marketing.

| It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Bruce Richter, Director of Engineering and OEM Sales, the President of PanaVise Gary's younger brother, on October 21, 2008 from Liver Cancer. Bruce was 55 years old.
Bruce grew up in Downey, CA where he developed a passion for outdoor activities, that included all forms of motorsports (raced motocross for a number of years) in addition to being an avid water and snow skier. Bruce was a graduate of California Lutheran College (now University). Prior to joining his brother at PanaVise in 1998, Bruce was the Director of Engineering at Josyln Electronics in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to working for Josyln, Bruce ran his own company, which manufactured motorcycle accessories and gaskets, called Richter Privateer.
Bruce is survived by his wife Paulette of Reno, NV; daughters, Celeste (Nelson) Perdue of Ventura, CA., Ashley (Nelson) Harms of Reno, NV., Katie Richter of Temecula, CA.; son, Eric Richter of Reno, NV.; mother, Colleen Richter of Palm Springs, CA.; brothers, Dale Richter of Camarillo, CA., Gary Richter of Reno, NV.; and sister Nancy Marks of Garner Valley, CA. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy in 1983.
